Before you can begin your research, you need to know what you want to find. Here are some good links to get you started.

Library of Congress Subject Headings
Libraries around the United States use LCSH to provide subject access to their collections. Students can use them for help finding keywords in their searching. Type in your initial keyword and locate the subject heading suggested by the search. From there, you can find broader and narrower terms; related terms, and other information.
